對於監工Field Superintendent 的要求則為：
•5+ years experience as a Field Supervisor regarding installation of pumping systems, or drilling and/or subsurface exploration, or related fields.
•Drillers license a plus 能鑽孔，加分
•Experienced with geotechnical construction practices – preferably dewatering, drilling, ground improvement
•Experienced running projects – safety, startup, operations, closeout, payroll, reporting
•Experienced managing budgets – Profit/Loss awareness and responsibility
•Experienced with multiple drilling technologies
•Mechanically inclined
•Team oriented
•Willing to travel (80% plus)
•Communicative
•Have strong independent problem solving skills 獨自解決問題
•Have the desire and ability to learn new technical skills and is a manager or will develop into a manager 求知若渴
•Willing to accept a high level of responsibility and ownership of the work
•Contribute to the team as a whole where possible
•Have a successful track record with independent planning and field installation of pumping systems such as wells and/or well points
